WORLD HORROR CONVENTION 2007 DEALERS' ROOM REGISTRATION

IMPORTANT NOTICE: The Dealers' Room at World Horror Convention is now SOLD OUT. However, until all tables and memberships booked are paid for in full, we will be keeping a waiting list on a first-registered basis. So, if you want to enter your details in the form below, we will contact you if anybody cancels or space becomes free.

PLEASE NOTE: The downstairs Lobby area of the convention will also feature the "BAZAAR OF THE BIZARRE", where during the day various conventions, organisations, small press publishers and fan groups will have tables set out promoting their wares free of charge. We may also be able to open this area up to dealers who want to sell non-traditional items at a reduced cost per table. However, please be aware that these tables (unlike those in the Dealers' Room) will have to be broken down during the evenings and the merchandise stored in a secure location. Any fan groups or individuals that would like to put up their stall in this area should contact the Dealers' Room Team dealers@whc2007.org for further information. Thank you.

If you are interested in selling or exhibiting in the Dealers' Room at World Horror Convention 2007 (WHC) prices are as follows:

The first table will be CDN$142.00 or US$125.00 with each subsequent table booked costing CDN$113.00 or US$100.00. If you wish to pay in UK Sterling funds, please enquire.

We are offering a special "Dealer's Badge" discount membership of CDN$30.00 or US$25.00 below the current rate of an attending membership (ie: CDN$85.00 or US$75.00 until November 10, 2006 and CDN$107.00 or US$95.00 until March 9, 2007). You can purchase one discounted Dealer's Badge for every table booked and paid for, and each Dealer's Badge will also cover a maximum of three tables (which means that if you have 4-6 tables you will need a minimum of two discounted memberships; 7-9 tables you will need three discounted memberships, etc.)

If you have already joined the convention at a higher rate, we will deduct the difference from your table costs.

Each table is 6 feet long x 2.5 feet deep. The Dealers' Room will comprise the York A & B Rooms (as shown on the hotel map at the bottom of the page), and space is limited. As a consequence, tables will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis with all payments due in advance.

In the event that all the tables sell out prior to the event, we will keep a waiting list in the eventuality of any dealers cancelling at a later date.

We welcome all kinds of horror-related merchandise and exhibits, but please note that World Horror Convention 2007 reserves the right to refuse space in the Dealers' Room to any vendor that we feel is unsuitable. All table locations will be determined by the convention. If you specifically require a mains electricity supply for your table/display, please advise us beforehand and we will try to accommodate you when assigning your table(s).

Dealers who require separate insurance cover must arrange it for themselves prior to the event. World Horror Convention 2007 assumes no responsibility for loss, damage or theft of merchandise.

TO RESERVE YOUR TABLE(S) or for more information, please contact dealers@whc2007.org

U.S. & INTERNATIONAL VENDORS

The service of a customs brokerage firm is strongly recommended for all products originating outside of Canada. This will eliminate the possibility of items being held at the border by Canada Customs due to improper or insufficient documentation, resulting in these same materials arriving too late or not at all at WHC. Mendelssohn Customs & Transportation Services has been appointed as our Official Customs Broker and Transportation Official.

Please contact the Toronto Mendelssohn office directly to assist you with your customs and transportation needs:
