WHC 2010 PREFERRED HOTEL RATE ABOUT TO EXPIRE

There are still plenty of rooms left in our overflow hotel the Ramada Brighton, but please be aware that you only have until 6:00pm (UK time) on SUNDAY JANUARY 24 to submit your hotel booking form (www.whc2010.org/rooms-ramada01.html).

After that deadline the convention loses its special discount rate (£82.00 per night inclusive of Full English Breakfast) and the cost of a room will revert to the full price tariff again.

Please note that we have now sold out of all Double Rooms and all Family Rooms as well as all Non-Smoking Twin Rooms in the Royal Albion Hotel. However, if you are a single person or two (or more) friends attending, there are a few Twin and Triple Smoking Rooms still available.

If you require a Double Room, we suggest that you book the Ramada Brighton and, if you let us know, we can put you on a WAITING LIST for any cancellations at the Royal Albion or the Radisson Blu.

For those who want more sophisticated accommodation or are attending on a limited budget, there are plenty of alternatives in the immediate surroundings, ranging from luxury boutique hotels to simple Bed & Breakfast services. You can find out more information at www.visitbrighton.com/site/accommodation.

Changes to existing hotel bookings can be made after the deadline, but no new bookings can be taken via the convention website after that time.

If you have still not booked your hotel, and you wish to take advantage of the convention's special discount rates, then you must do so as soon as possible.
