HOTEL BOOKING INFORMATION

The World Horror Convention 2010 is being hosted in the historic seaside city of Brighton, East Sussex, on the picturesque south coast of England. A popular year-round destination for holidaymakers and sightseers from all over the world, we have negotiated exclusive rates with three local hotels that we believe offer remarkable value for money and should appeal to all types of budgets.

PLEASE NOTE: These rates are ONLY available for registered members of the convention. If you are not a member of the convention yet, or attempt to book the hotels directly, you will NOT receive our special discounts. Convention attendees are responsible for settling their own account with the hotel of their choice. You can pay by cash in full or register your credit card upon arrival.

Room cancellations must be made by 2:00 p.m. (UK time) on MARCH 20, 2010. After that time, no-shows will be charged 100% of the first night and any subsequent bookings will be cancelled.

All hotel rates quoted are per room (up to two persons occupancy) and include Full English breakfast and all taxes. Attendees are responsible for settling their hotel bill in full at the end of their stay.

A confirmation receipt for your booking will be sent to you in due course by the convention. If you wish to make any changes or cancel your booking (see details above) then please contact hotels@whc2010.org.

For those who want to extend their stay in Brighton, or simply wish to arrive a few days before the convention officially begins, we have secured these special rates from TUESDAY, MARCH 23 through TUESDAY, MARCH 30, inclusive.

The following hotels are all an easy taxi ride (approximately £5.00) or fifteen- to twenty-minute walk from Brighton Station.

Royal Albion Hotel   •   Ramada Brighton   •   Radisson Blu Hotel
