Dealers Information

All Dealers must have a convention membership, therefore you will see two different quotes on tables. The First one is a table including a membership, and the second is the rate on a table for those who already have purchased a membership. Additional tables are quoted similarly. These rates are good to February 28th, 2008.

If you do not as yet have your membership, it is more advantageous to purchase at least your first table with a membership included.

FIRST TABLE	$200.00  -- $110.00 w/o mbr
Additional tables purchased at the same time:
SECOND TABLE:	$190.00 -- $90.00 w/o mbr
THIRD & FOURTH TABLE:	$170.00 -- $70.00 w/o mbr

IF you have staff who will ONLY be staffing your tables, and not attending any of the convention, (including parties, the mass autograph session, the consuite or programming) we will provide you with a limited number of ‘staff’ memberships at a reduced rate, However, each dealer must have at least one full membership to obtain such memberships. Such memberships can be converted to full by special arrangement at a later date by paying an upgrade fee. Please contact me for all details.

Please Note: Should you purchase additional tables separately, i.e. at a different time from your initial table, there will be an additional $10 administration fee, and such purchases will be subject to availability.

Dealers from outside Canada should contact me to discuss customs requirements and arrangements. We do have some limited ability to provide advance storage if you ship, and we can make arrangements for brokerage, which may be advantageous to you.
