GOODIE BAGS

In order to place something into goodie bags:

• It must be received by April 1, 2005
• It must be sent to:
  • Gina Osnovich

    Brooklyn, NY 11214
• It must be registered with Gina prior to shipping.
• Please send an e-mail to vice-chair@whc2005.org if you are interested in placing a promotional item into the goodie bags for WHC NYC 2005.
• In the e-mail, please include the following:
  • Name
    Contact Information
    What the item is
    How many you are sending
    Method of shipment
• You are also responsible to drop us a line to let us know when you’re shipping the item, just so we can expect it.
• We can also give you a rough estimate of how many pieces to send as the event draws closer.

Keep in mind:

• Send only what you are willing to part with.
• Items will not be returned, extras will not be held.
• We will not send leftovers back or store them for you for pickup.
• If you are interested in bringing the item with you rather than shipping, you must have it to us by 12 p.m., WEDNESDAY, APRIL 7, 2005.
• Anything shipped to us without our confirmation first will be refused and/or thrown out. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS

• Collect leftovers by Sunday, 9 a.m.
• After that, it will be tossed
• Nothing will be returned or held for you
